Bobcat Assignment Tracker

One struggle many students have been experiencing during virtual learning is managing time, assignments, and general workload.

The Bobcat Assignment Tracker can help students organize their weekly assignments and schedule their asynchronous learning time.

The Bobcat Assignment Tracker has three components:

Bobcat Assignment Tracker: this page allows students to maintain a list of all assignments for the week. At the end of each class, your child should fill in any outstanding assignments or work that needs to be completed outside of class. Students can record the due dates for each assignment and check off when the assignment is completed.

Monday To Do List: this page can help your child plan out their asynchronous time on Monday. We suggest that they look at any assignments that have not been completed on their tracker and fill them in to different time slots to build a daily schedule.

Weekly Schedule: this page can help your student decide when they want to complete certain tasks during the week that they don’t want to wait until Monday. We suggest that students plan our their weekly and Monday schedule after their last class on Fridays.

If your student would like a paper copy, he or she can print the printable version at home or can pick up pre-printed packets from the main office. If your student would like a digital copy, he or she should save a copy of the fill-able version on their computer. After saving the master copy of the tracker to their computer, students should “save a copy” for each week that they want to use the tracker (ex. Save as – LastName Assignment Tracker Nov 2 to 6). This will save them time so they don’t have to delete the tasks from the previous week before using the file again. A clean copy of the tracker can also be downloaded from the school web page at any time.

If you have any additional questions or concerns about your child’s workload, or if you need help utilizing the tracker, please reach out to your child’s counselor or administrator for support.
