College and Career Counselor is available to all students.   

Transcript process:
Step 1: Sign and submit FERPA to counseling office. The secretary will enable your permission to request transcripts on Naviance Student
Step 2: Submit electronic transcript request in Naviance Student. Click "Colleges -> "Colleges I'm Applying To"-> "Request Transcripts" (red plus circle top right corner)
Step 3: Complete "Official Transcript Request Form" and turn it into the counseling secretary. Make any necessary payments. (15 school day processing window begins at this point)

College & Career Visits

Any student interested in attending a college or career visit at Battlefield during the school day must register electronically through Naviance Student to get a pass. No passes will be written the day of the visit. Please plan ahead and coordinate with your teachers for any missed work.

The college visit schedule will be updated as we are contacted by additional representatives. DON'T MISS THESE OPPORTUNITIES!

Please check Naviance Student for updates throughout the year.  Visits are typically held in Lecture Hall 1 (by the auditorium).

Naviance Student
Naviance Student is a free, online resource for all of PWCS high school students. Students can assess their strengths and interests, explore career options, search for colleges, apply for scholarships, sign up for college visits at BHS, create resumes, order transcripts, and much more!

Each student has a Username: PWCS student ID number  
Initial Password: birthday MMDDYYYY 
Please make sure to change this initial password after successfully logging in for the first time.
