NextThursday is the final day to turn in items to send to the orphanage inHaiti. You may bring in items or turn in money and I will purchasesome more items.
Tomorrow is the final day to sign up for the restaurant trip to Mon Ami Gabi. You will be able to order off of the restaurant.
Next French Honor Society Meeting
Ournext French Honor Society meeting will be held on Tuesday, November17th. We will be making turkey projects for the head start students.
This is also the day that our yearbook pictures will be taken.

Halloween Honor Society Meeting
Therewill be an honor society meeting on Thursday, October 29. at 2 pm inroom 1115. We will be decorating pumpkins for head start. BringHalloween snacks!
Mon Ami Gabi
TheFrench Honor Society and French Club will going to MON AMI GABI for aFrench meal on Saturday, December 5. We will travel by school bus. Wewill leave the parking lot at 10:30 and arrive back at BHS by 3:00. Theprice is $36. This includes: appetiser (escargots), main dish (croquemonsieur) and dessert (choice of mousse au chocolat or creme brulee)The prince ins all-inclusive: bus, food, tax, tips and beverage. Theend of the marking period is almost here (next Friday). If you aremissing any work, sign up to make up the work. I will be availableTuesday (Oct 20), Thursday (Oct 22) of this week. Next week I will beavailable on Tuesday (Oct 26) after school. I will not be available onThursday due to a scheduled French Honor Society meeting. Please planaccordingly.

Supplies needed for French class
Allstudents are to have a 3 ring binder dedicated entirely to French. Within the first few weeks, I will be checking to see that your binderis set up correctly. The BONJOURpacket gives you a list of all sections needed in your notebook. Thisnotebook needs to be kept up to date and must be brought to classdaily. You will have a notebook quiz each marking period.
Students need to have paper, pencil and pen (traditional blue or black ink only)
At home, students should keep file cards for writing vocabulary words
Dictionaries and 501 Verb books are provided in the classroom
