Parking Pass Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

For SY 2024-25, all Parking Pass payments will be made online utilizing Student QuickPay.

Parking Passes for Rising Seniors and Governor's School

Rising Seniors of the Class of 2025, and those going to the Governor's School may apply for a parking pass at the Open Parking Pass Sales Event held on:

  • July 8 - 9 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Familiarize yourself with the 3-step process below and complete the necessary paperwork and payment prior to the Open Parking Pass Sales Event.

Parking Passes for All Other Students

All students with a valid driver's license may apply for a parking pass at the Open Parking Pass Sales Event held on:

  • July 10 & July 15-17 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Familiarize yourself with the 3-step process below and complete the necessary paperwork and payment prior to the Open Parking Pass Sales Event.


Please reference the process outlined below for obtaining a parking pass:

1. Access, Complete and Print the PWCS Parking Pass Application

Access and complete the online PWCS Parking Pass application.

  • Complete all 3 pages of the form in their entirety.*
  • Print the completed form.
  • Sign the completed form.

* Ensure that the boxes are checked indicating that the student has or will have a valid Drivers’ License.  Only students who have a valid driver’s license in their possession with an effective date on or before August 18, 2024, may apply. A temporary paper license with the learners’ permit is permissible with an effective date on or before August 18, 2024.

2. Submit your fee payment using PWCS Student QuickPay

Payment for SY 2024-25 parking passes will be accepted beginning on June 15.

3. Attend an Open Parking Pass Sales Event at BFHS

Attend One of the Open Parking Pass Sales Events

  • Open Parking Pass Sales Event dates at Battlefield HS are:
    • July 8 – 9 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. (Class of ’25 and Governor’s School only)
    • July 10 & July 15 – 17 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. (All Licensed Drivers)
  • Bring with you:
    • All 3 pages of the signed and completed Parking Pass application,
    • Your payment receipt from Student QuickPay, and
    • A valid temporary or permanent Drivers’ License*
  • Students will not be given a parking permit without:
    • The completed, signed 3-page application
    • A valid Drivers' License *

Open Parking Pass Sales Event dates will work as follows:

  • Students/Parents arrive at BFHS at 09:00 a.m. and enter one of three lines.
    • Line 1 – Upper (Senior) Lot
    • Line 2 – South (old Teachers’) Lot
    • Line 3 – North (main student) Lot
  • There will be 3 display boards tracking remaining open spots in real-time.
  • When the student/parent arrives at the desk for the respective line, he/she will:
    • Drop off their completed application and payment receipt and show a valid Drivers’ License*.
    • Upon verification they may choose an open space from that line’s parking lot.
  • ONLY ONE application will be accepted per person per time in line.
    • A single person may purchase more than one pass per day but must re-enter the line after each application.
    • Exceptions will be made for parents with multiple siblings.
    • Lines close at 11:00, but all people in line will be processed.
  • If a student and/or parent is not available for any of the sales dates:
    • From June 21, 2024 through the beginning of open sales,
    • Send an email to [email protected] with:
      • Parking Pass_student’s last name_graduation year in the Subject line (e.g. Parking Pass_BUZZI_25) stating reason for unavailability, and
      • In which parking lot he/she would like a pass.
    • Upon verification of payment, a pass in that lot will be set aside after in-person sales.
