  • As you approach the first intersection, please note the yield to buses sign. If there is a bus waiting at the intersection, please stop and allow the bus to proceed (the bus has its own exit lane and will not block your drive to the parking lot).

Parking Pass Information for the 2026-27 School Year

Hello Bobcat Families!

School year 2026-27 parking pass sales will be held in the BHS Main Lobby on:

  • Tuesday, July 14, 2026, 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (rising seniors only)
  • Tuesday, July 14, 2026, 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (all Bobcats)

Please follow the steps outlined on this website and bring the following to the event:

  • Your completed and signed application; and
  • Your driver's license (or a copy/screenshot); and
  • The receipt of online payment.
    • The cost of a parking pass for the 2026-27 school year remains at $100.

Important notes

  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
  • No cash or checks will be accepted.
  • One application per person.

After July 21, completed applications will be accepted at the Front Office and will be processed in the order received.

  • Parking Maps are available in the Front Office — please note your top three preferred spaces on your application before submittal. We will assign a space as close as possible to one of those choices.
  • Front Office staff will verify your valid driver's license before accepting your application for processing.

Parking Pass Application Steps

Please reference the process outlined below for obtaining a parking pass:

1. Access, Complete and Print the PWCS Parking Pass Application

Access and complete the online PWCS Parking Pass application.

  • Complete all three pages of the form in their entirety.*
  • Print the completed form.
  • Sign the completed form.

* Ensure that the boxes are checked, indicating that the student has or will have a valid driver's license. Only students who have a valid driver’s license in their possession with an effective date on or before August 24, 2026, may apply. A temporary paper license with the learner’s permit is permissible with an effective date on or before August 24, 2026.

2. Submit your fee payment using PWCS Student Quick Pay

Payment will be accepted beginning on Saturday, June 15.
