Your journey awaits and supports are available to help you achieve your goals. Request copies of your 504/IEP and submit to your institutions accommodations/student disabilities center. Each institution will evaluate the paperwork and partner with you to create a plan at that institution. When touring/searching institutions ask about accommodations that are available and the process that is required. Often times the student needs to initiate this process. Reflect on the best fit learning environment that has helped you to be successful thus far and find that in the next institution. Celebrate best fit! Click HERE for some additional resources.
